We can only continue to maintain our extremely high standard of personal service if we listen to what you, our client, has to say about our courses. We want to ensure that you are happy at all times and, as such, we actively seek out your feedback.

Shortly after you have started your course with us, we will telephone you to see how you feel you are progressing and, later, we will also send you a very brief questionnaire, in the hope that you might be able to spare a few minutes to tell us more about your language course. Depending upon the duration of your course, we will then telephone you intermittently thereafter although, in recognising that you are likely to be busy, not with such regularity as to become intrusive.
